What do you use liquid gasket for?

Liquid gasket is a silicone sealant that is applied in liquid form. You use it for metal covers and stamped sheet metal blocks (where two smooth pieces of metal come together). It is ideal for difficult surfaces because it is liquid and you can spread as much as you want on it. You use this gasket to ensure that no air or oil can leak and that the part remains firmly in place. The gasket dries after installation and is then strong and elastic.
