3 pieces vario guide rubbers for Sym and Peugeot 4-stroke

These square/rectangular ramp plate guides are mounted on the ramp plate of the vario. This is the metal cover that goes on top of the vario rollers. You should always replace these guides when you replace the vario rollers. If one breaks, there is a big chance that your vario will break. You will then get play and metal on metal. A new vario is many times more expensive, so do not save on this and prevent high costs!

Vario guides for Sym and Peugeot

These vario guides are specific for the Sym and a few Peugeot models. These are square rubbers with an opening on both sides. You slide them onto the metal ramp plate. The convex edges should be facing outwards, the right angles should be facing inwards.
