Original model exhaust for the Piaggio Zip and Fly 4T 2V. This is the Piaggio engine with a kickstart and 2-valves. If your scooter doesn't have a kickstart, this exhaust won't fit. In that case, you have an injection model.

This A-quality exhaust is an alternative to the original 8782054 exhaust. This exhaust is original quality, but priced much better than the original version. The original price of this exhaust is twice as much (€150).

Exhaust for Piaggio Fly 4T 2V

This exhaust also fits the Piaggio Fly 4T 2V. Not the 4T 4V models! You can check this by looking at the valve cover. On a 4V, it says "Quattro" (for 4-valves). If so, this exhaust will NOT fit. If there's nothing on your valve cover, it will fit!

Piaggio Zip exhaust complete and original model

This exhaust is of good, heavy-duty quality, making it a good alternative to the original. There's not much difference between them, except for the price. This exhaust comes with a black heat shield and is ready to install.

Mounting exhaust Piaggio Zip 4T 2V

You can easily install this exhaust on your scooter yourself. First, remove the cooling cowling to avoid damaging it. Loosen the two exhaust stud nuts under the scooter and then the two Allen bolts near the suspension. The old exhaust will then be loose and can be removed. Place the new exhaust in the cylinder and then reattach the suspension points. Make sure the studs are properly seated in the exhaust holes.
