Original model exhaust for the Piaggio Zip carburetor. This is the Piaggio Zip with a kickstart. If your scooter does not have a kickstart, this exhaust will not fit. Then you have an injection model. This is an alternative for the original exhaust 8782054. This exhaust is of original quality, but a lot less expensive than the original version. Originally, this exhaust costs twice as much (€150).

Mounting exhaust Piaggio Zip 4T 2V

You can easily mount this exhaust on your scooter yourself. First remove the cooling cover, otherwise you will damage it. You loosen the 2 exhaust stud nuts under the scooter and then the 2 Allen bolts at the suspension. The old exhaust is then loose and you can remove it. You place the new exhaust in the cylinder and then you tighten the suspension points again. Make sure that you have the studs properly in the exhaust holes.
