Universal mounting plate for mounting

The SH29 comes with a sleeve (mounting plate) and all the necessary mounting hardware. The case and mount are universal and can therefore be mounted on any scooter. On some scooters, this can be done on the spoiler, rear support, or handlebars, but some scooters require a rear rack.
