Intake manifold for almost all China/GY6 50cc 4-stroke scooters

Is your manifold broken or worn? Replace it in time. Otherwise, your scooter will have trouble starting, idling, or even suffer engine damage.

A common problem with 4-stroke scooters is that the manifold dries out and develops cracks due to dryness. This allows air to get in.

Order insulator (insulation plate) with o-ring

Don't forget to install a new insulator/insulation plate. This black gasket acts as a kind of support that you'll definitely need. You should always replace the O-ring if you remove it, as it loses its insulating properties. It's also often dried out and hardened. It's certainly not worth the money!

Tip! Replace the vacuum hose at the same time. This is the hose that runs from the fuel tap to the manifold. We sell A-quality ones.
