Many Vespa and Piaggio scooters lack the hose clamp on the air filter hose that is mounted on the carburetor or throttle body. Some use a ty-rap, but that is a bad solution. Without a hose clamp or with a ty-rap, the air filter hose is not secured properly and can come loose or suck in false air.
This hose clamp is original from Piaggio with OEM code 1A000833
According to the supplier, the hose clamp has a radius of: 33-53mm, but the hose clamp itself states 32-50mm W4.
