Installing Level10 turn signals in a Vespa Sprint or Primavera
How do you mount the level10 turn signals in your Vespa? That is very easy. They are supplied including plug & play plugs and mounting material. Note! Turn signal relay at the front always included. We have a free mounting video below, which you can use for mounting. But we will also explain it below:
- Place the Level10 turn signals at the front of the scooter and secure them with the original screw.
- Click the scooter plug onto the turn signal plug and then slide the plug onto the turn signal.
- Now install the long white wire to the remaining wire of both turn signals.
- You connect the white wire to the contact, i.e. the switched positive (12V DC voltage).
- Remove the old turn signal relay and replace it with a 10 watt relay.
- Now remove the tail light and rear turn signals.
- Install the new Level10 turn signals and click the plugs together again (this is for the turn signals).
- You mount the long yellow wire on the remaining plug and pull it through the rubber to the rear light.
- Connect the yellow wire to the daytime running lights of the rear light. This is so that the turn signals always carry red light.
- With an LED rear light there is already a standard plug to plug the yellow wire in. Otherwise you can use a scotch block.
- Retighten everything and test that the daytime running lights work and the turn signals flash at the correct speed.
