98/a = Anero vulcano black. This is a commonly used color gloss black for scooters. This color is a standard factory color for the Piaggio Fly, Vespa GTS, Vespa Sprint, Vespa Primavera and Vespa LX/S.

Of course also usable for other black scooters. Like China/GY6 models. The pin is universally usable.
