Original bronze bushing in size 12x8x8mm for bendix Piaggio/Vespa 431860
Is your bendix no longer staying in place properly? For example, is it falling out or is it hanging down instead of horizontal? Then the bronze bushing is worn out. Over time, the bushing becomes loose, worn out, or broken. Fortunately, a new one is very inexpensive to order and easy to replace yourself.
Handy tip for installation: Place it in the freezer for a while or use our Motip Cold Shrink to shrink it. Then, when installing, simply place it in the freezer. As it warms up, the can expands and stays in place.

The Bendix allows you to start your scooter electrically. As soon as you press the start button, the starter motor starts spinning, and the Bendix is ​​engaged, turning the crankshaft/variator. If this bushing is damaged, the Bendix often touches the starter ring gear, which can cause significant damage. This is unnecessary and easily preventable.
