This original 4T 2V spark plug cap fits:

Only suitable for 4-stroke 2V models. This includes all Piaggio scooters with kickstart and all Vespa 25KM models.

Vespa 4-stroke kickstart scooters are available in two versions: the 2V and 4V models. The 2V refers to all scooters marketed as a 25 km/h (15.5 mph) version (approximately 90%). The 45 km/h (28.5 mph) versions are 4-valves. Because helmets weren't required in the past with a blue license plate, everyone opted for a 25 km/h (15.5 mph) version. That's why almost every Vespa scooter is a 2V.
