HP (high-performance) coil for virtually all 4T scooters on the market with a CR7HSA spark plug. The coil has two connections on the back (positive and negative) and includes a spark plug cable and spark plug cap.

This coil guarantees a good spark, better than the original. It's ideal for scooters that have trouble starting or frequently stall. This high-performance coil often improves the scooter's performance (e.g., a slightly higher top speed).

Suitable for all scooters with a CR7HSA spark plug.

What does a coil do on your scooter?

The ignition coil ensures that the spark plug provides a good spark. Without a good spark, the scooter won't start or run. This is because proper combustion doesn't occur. The ignition coil is a transformer with two coils that convert the low voltage to the high voltage required by the spark plug.

When to replace the scooter coil?

Is your scooter having trouble starting? Is your spark plug not sparking properly? Or is the scooter not starting or running properly? These are all possible causes of a faulty ignition coil.

How do you replace the coil on your scooter?

Luckily, that's very easy! Remove the spark plug cap from the spark plug. Remove the positive and negative cable lugs from the back of the coil and remove the coil from the scooter. Then, install the coil and reinstall the cable lugs on the new coil. Replace the coil on the spark plug, and you're good to go!

Tip! Replace your scooter's spark plug immediately. This is the number one cause of a scooter that won't start or starts poorly.
