Cheap shipping costs at De Scooter Shop!
In order to offer all our products at the lowest possible prices, we have to charge shipping costs for orders up to €75. But we also keep the shipping costs as low as possible. This way, you always pay the lowest total price with us.
What are the shipping costs?
- Letterbox parcels: €5.75
- Regular packages: €5.99
- Letter post (envelope for stickers): €1.75
These prices are all-in. Including VAT, packaging costs etc. Where can you find such low shipping costs these days? And believe us, we unfortunately pay a lot more per package ourselves.

Why don't we offer free shipping?
We have a very clear reason for this: the shipping costs for sending your order really have to be paid. Our carriers do not send packages for free and these costs are also charged to us. In fact, we pay more shipping costs than the customer has to pay. For orders above €75, we meet the customer halfway by paying the shipping costs ourselves.
Why do other companies offer free shipping?
Many other webshops calculate these shipping costs in the sales price of the products. All products then become a bit more expensive, which means that the shipping costs are covered and they can offer free shipping. However, in almost all cases this is less advantageous for the customer, so the cheapest shipping method is often used (letter post with stamps without track & trace), which entails risks of damage and loss. In addition, you are a lot more expensive when ordering multiple products (for example, if you order 10 products that are all €2 more expensive due to the calculated cost price, you will ultimately pay €20 extra for shipping, but with us you are then €15 cheaper because you buy all products for the best price and only pay €4.78 shipping costs once.
We could all make our products a little more expensive and pretend that we don't charge shipping costs, as is usually the case with other web shops. However, we find this unfair because in this way customers who order multiple items are punished by actually being charged double shipping costs.
The online stores that do not charge shipping costs therefore earn money on the 'no shipping costs' without you noticing...
We prefer to keep costs open and honest!
Warranty
Letter post packages are not covered by the warranty when it comes to damage or loss, do you not want to have these risks? Then choose to ship via parcel post or contact us. Orders with track & trace will be reimbursed by us when it comes to damage or loss.
All our electrical products such as lamps, voltmeters and USB chargers are tested in advance and are always shipped in working order.
