Curious about delivery times, shipping costs, or what happens if a package isn't delivered? Then read on.

Fast Delivery at De Scooter Shop

We aim to ship all orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM on the same day. The package is then often delivered to your home the very next day!

We ship all packages via GLS. They typically pick up packages from us around 4:00 PM. As long as packages have not yet been picked up, we continue to pack and ship. So, if you place an order at 5:00 PM and the packages haven't been picked up yet? Then your order often still goes out with GLS on the same day.

All products in our webshop are available from our own stock. Therefore, we can often ship all orders on the same day. If not all products are in stock, we will wait for the missing item before sending the order. The part is often in our warehouse 1 and a maximum of 2 days later. We always do our best to deliver all orders to the customer as quickly as possible.

Orders within the Netherlands above €75 have free shipping!

GLS does not deliver on Saturdays. Is your package urgent? Contact us, and we can arrange for your package to be delivered on Saturday before 12:00 PM!

Delivery times are indicative and not binding. We remain dependent on our suppliers and carriers. Therefore, it is possible that the package may take longer than 1 day to arrive.

Track your order with track & trace

All orders (with the exception of letter post) are sent via GLS. As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive an email from us with the track and trace code to follow your package. Once the package has been scanned at the sorting center, you will receive a message with the estimated delivery day and time. This is often known on the same evening.

Shipping by letter post (PostNL)

Have you ordered a sticker or logo? Then the order will likely be sent via letter post. This way, you only pay €1.75 in shipping costs. Letter post is delivered by PostNL and does not include track and trace. You can download the PostNL app to track your mail. Usually, mail is delivered the next working day between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM to your mailbox. Shipments via letter post are at your own risk. If the mail gets lost, we do not provide a guarantee for this. We will prove that the package was indeed sent by means of a photo of the package. This almost never happens. However, there is a chance that the mail may be delayed by a few days due to a sorting error or understaffing. Therefore, wait patiently for the mail and possibly download the PostNL app.
