What do you use these 3-pin adapter plugs for?

These AMP superseal connectors are primarily used for electrical components that need to be disconnected occasionally. Think of turn signals, horns, LED lights, etc.

You then connect a connector to the wiring harness and the component, allowing you to quickly and easily click them together or disconnect them. If you solder the electrical components, you have to cut the wires and re-solder them. Much more work and unnecessary. It also looks much more professional than using cable lugs. And you're much less likely to have a bad connection or malfunctions.
