What are vario guides?

Vario guides (also called ramp plate guides) ensure that the ramp plate stays in place in the vario. These are three plastic guides and they wear out quickly. Eventually they will also break, which will cause iron on iron. This must be prevented at all costs, because otherwise the vario will also have to be replaced.
The Scooter Shop therefore recommends replacing the vario guides regularly.

Only mount original/ Malossi vario guides in your Piaggio or Vespa scooter! Why? Imitation parts often have a bad fit, are of a different quality and can break faster.
