Copper exhaust gasket for all Piaggio and Vespa 4-stroke 3V and 4V models (alternative for original gasket 845776 of approximately €10!).
This gasket is for the newest iGET models. These are the euro4 and euro5 scooters without kickstarter. Also suitable for the older 4-valve models. These are the Vespas that came from the factory as a 45KM version. Often there is also quattro on the cylinder head.
This gasket can be used for all brands of exhausts and is easy to assemble. Nowhere cheaper to order!
How do you mount the exhaust gasket on a Piaggio/Vespa?
First remove the old copper gasket. You can usually pry it out with something thin and sharp. For example a hook or thin flathead. Then you can push in the new gasket. This will clamp through the 4 protruding tabs. Then you put the exhaust back and secure it.
