Does your kickstarter get stuck when you kick the scooter? There is a big chance that your spring is worn, rusted or broken. This prevents the kickstarter shaft from automatically returning and your pedal gets stuck at the bottom.
Tip from our workshop! Replace this spring and possibly also the kickstart pinion. Then clean everything well with brake cleaner and grease it with some ball bearing grease. The kickstarter shaft will be well under pressure again and will shoot back smoothly.
