The original Vespa mirrors have the long model. Most customers choose a short mirror set in black, because it looks sporty and tough. The brackets of the short mirrors are a bit shorter, so they stick out less. In addition, the Vespa fits through a barn door more easily.

How do you mount the black mirrors on your Vespa Sprint or Primavera?
Remove your windshield so that you can turn the mirrors all the way around. They are often firmly attached, so you first have to unscrew the mirrors with a wrench. Once the mirrors are loose, you can turn them by hand.
The new mirrors in black are tightened by hand again. Make sure that the mirrors are secured exactly where they should come out. You can do this by tightening or loosening the nut of the mirror with a wrench. Very easy!
