This original 4T 2V spark plug cap fits:

Only fits 4-stroke 2V models. These are all Piaggio scooters with kickstart and all Vespa 25KM versions.
Vespa 4-stroke scooters with kickstart come in two versions. The 2V and 4V models. 2V are all scooters that were marketed as a 25KM version (approximately 90%). The 45KM versions are 4-valves. But because you didn't have to wear a helmet with a blue license plate in the past, everyone took a 25KM version. That's why almost every Vespa scooter is a 2V.
