You mount the Power Commander limiter between the original moped or scooter ECU and wiring harness. The limiter works by means of the 2 supplied remote controls. So there is no more adjustment screw, which used to be the case. Limited you can adjust the scooter between 0-55km/h and unlimited the scooter will drive between 50 and 65km/h.
The scooter is limited by default when you turn it on. So if you end up on a roller bench, you only have to turn the scooter off and on again. To make the scooter run faster, press the + and - buttons at the same time. Ignition off and on is back to the limited speed. This can also be done while driving.
