What is a sprinkler for?

In this case, we're talking about the main jet in a carburetor. This jet is a small screw with a hole in the center. This screw controls how much fuel goes to the carburetor. Generally speaking, it's better to install a slightly oversized jet than one that's too small. A jet that's too large will result in too much fuel, which isn't harmful. But a jet that's too small will prevent your scooter from burning properly and can also cause damage. Furthermore, your scooter will likely have trouble starting, if at all.
