Speednuts for securing hoods

These speednuts are mainly used for securing hoods, moldings, horn noses and the leg shield. Among others on a Piaggio Zip, Vespa Sprint/Primavera etc.

They are often forgotten to transfer from the old hood set or shoot out of the hoods and get lost. Fortunately, they are not expensive and you can easily replace them.

Fixing the Piaggio Zip leg shield

The Piaggio Zip leg shield is the most common part where these speed nuts are used. They are almost always forgotten to be transferred from the old fairing set. And then you can't tighten the bottom two screws of the leg shield, because they have no meat to clamp into. You only need 2 of these speed nuts and it's solved!
